Boat Winterization & Storage Services
Beachside Docks provides boat and marine engine winterization services and shrink wrapping at their Alberta facility. If boats are not properly prepared for Alberta’s extreme cold temperatures, you run the risk of costly damage to your vessel.
Beachside Docks’ service team can provide winterization for all makes and models of watercraft. We offer different winterization packages to suit your needs, as well as we also shrink-wrap and storage services for your boat.
As an added service, we also provide Boat Detailing & Cleaning, Boat Servicing & Repair and Monthly Boat Storage.
Basic & Full Winterization
Whether you need simple maintenance or comprehensive protection, we’ll safeguard your boat from freezing temperatures and keep it in optimal condition until it’s time to hit the water again.
This includes draining the engine block, filling it with non-toxic antifreeze, adding fuel stabilizer into fuel system and fogging. We also provide battery disconnection, visual inspection of the boat, trailer and engine and more.

Shrink Wrapping

Winter Storage Services & Pricing
We now offer Monthly/Yearly Boat Storage Packages for all sorts of boats including yachts, sailboats, powerboats, fishing boats, pontoon boats and boat trailers.
Terms and Conditions
- Payment Due at the 1st of every month
- Month to month or yearly
- Access to site Monday-Friday
- 48 hours must be given for access at any other time outside regular hours.
- No major repairs are permitted on site.
- Ensure the boat/unit has proper covers to prevent any damages from weather or other means.
- 10 business days notice for canceling your monthly storage policy.
- 3% added for credit card payment
- All invoices unpaid 30 days from date of issue will be charged 2% per month (compounded monthly)
- Failure to pay invoices will result in the boat being held till the invoice is paid in full.
- Boats must be fully insured.
